Hydraulic Cylinders for Vertical Roller Mill
This series of hydraulic cylinder is specially designed for use on Loesche vertical roller mill. Each cylinder comes with a hydraulic accumulator which ensures minimum fluctuation in roll pressure during grinding. Therefore, a smooth run of the vertical roller mill is guaranteed.

Sealing System
Main seals coming from MERKEL are multi-lip hydraulic seals designed specially for use on piston rod. This type of combination seals consists of one compression ring, at least 3 v-ring seals, and one guide ring. Also called V-packing, the multi-lip hydraulic seal is durable, sturdy, and able to withstand extreme working conditions.
Piston Rod
Made of 42CrMo, the piston rod is a forged component that has undergone flaw detection and related heat treating processes. The outer surface of the piston rod is quenched via a process known as medium frequency hardening, chrome plated and polished so that it measures up to standards in terms of surface hardness and roughness.
Cylinder
Made of high-strength low-alloy structural steel, the cylinder has chrome plated internal surface that resists wear and lasts a lifetime.
