Automatic Vertical Expander (Zero Shrinkage)
The zero shrinkage automatic vertical expander is a completely automated tube expansion machine that is designed for the mass production of air-conditioning heat exchangers. The machine is used for hole expansion in heat exchangers as well as the second and third flaring and rolling of rims. During expansion, the expansion rod and bullet enter the copper tube to increase the internal diameter so that it can cling to the fins, greatly increasing the efficiency of the heat exchanger. Shrinkless tube expanding is an effective way to fix both ends of a copper tube through expansion that reduces the shrinkage factor by 2.5% or more, increasing cost savings for copper tubes.
