The ERNiCrMo-3 nickel alloy welding wire is mainly used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys such as alloy 625, alloy 825, alloy 25-6MO and other stainless steel containing molybdenum to itself, to steel or to other nickel alloys using GTAW and GMAW processes . This filler metal can also be used for steel surface overlaying and for welding nickel steel or various corrosion resistant alloys like alloy 20.

When used in SAW process, the Inconel alloy 625 welding wire is suitable for welding alloy 625 or nickel steel, or for steel surface overlaying. In this case, INCOFLUX 7 SAW soldering flux should be selected. Using this welding consumable, the weld metal boasts higher strength and great resistance to localized corrosions over a wide range of temperature.

Our ERNiCrMo-3 nickel alloy welding wire has found wide applications for welding dissimilar metals such as the welding of Inconel alloys and Incoloy alloys.

Since 2002 we've been on a mission to improve
every aspect of materials testing, so our customers can achieve
consistent and accurate results, every time.
