Description
The weigh belt feeder is the core equipment in the automatic batching process of organic fertilizers. Our equipment chooses a flat belt instead of a skirt belt, which can not only prevent the skirt from dropping materials but also create a more hygienic production environment for workers.
The equipment can store multiple sets of customers’ formulation at the same time for customers to use and modify by customers at any time. Moreover, the formulation data will not be lost if the power of the device is suddenly cut off.

- The dynamic cumulative error is better than grade 0.5. The extracted feeding weight is not affected by the tension of the belt, so that the feeding is more accurate.
- The weigh belt feeder is possessed with online result display function of flow rate and weight percentage.
