LY-704 Log Slitter (Four-shaft)

This four-shaft log slitter is able to slit material roll with maximum diameter of 180mm and maximum length of 1600mm, the machine speed is up to 35cuts/min. A touch screen operator control panel controls the speed changing of materials and knives. Cutting width setting is controlled by a servo motor, and the ball screw is adopted to ensure high accuracy. This log slitter is PLC controlled, allowing programmable control of any operation.
Multiple rolls of materials can be cut simultaneously, and the automatic overturning system is used for higher work efficiency.
Applications
PVC, OPP, PE masking tape, double sided adhesive tape, plastic film, foam tape, fabric reinforced tape, etc.
