PVC Free Foam Sheet Extrusion Line
The PVC free foam sheet extrusion line is made up of a conical twin-screw extruder, 3 calender rolls, cooling stack, belt haul-off and other downstream components. It is widely used to produce 1220mm-wide PVC transparent sheets and free-foam boards with thicknesses ranging between 3mm and 180mm. Major benefits included in using our free foam board extrusion line include high extrusion output, stable extrusion, great expansion ratio, and wear-resistant, flat sheet surface.
Features
1. Imported ABB motor comes with a variable frequency drive. RKC temperature controller can control temperature over a wide range. Precise temperature control and convenient operation are its major benefits.
2. Downstream components on this free foam sheet extrusion line include the vacuum calibrating bench, belt haul-off, edge-trimmer, slitting saw, and pallet rack. The mold is equipped with a cooling system to ensure minimum shrinkage occurs during shape formation.
3. The belt haul-off uses 8 pairs of rotating roll to convey the finished free foam board. Coupled with imported gear reducer and variable frequency drive, the haul-off machine delivers consistently large traction force.
4. The cutter is able to perform accurate cuts on the finished board.
5. The pallet rack comes with a mobile cart and rubber protection for safe, convenient transportation of materials.
6. PLC system is used for reliable control.
