PVC/PP Corrugated Sheet Extrusion Line
This corrugated sheet extrusion line brings together the conical twin-screw extruder, shaping forming machine, haul-off, and the cutter. It is capable of operating continuously to produce UPVC corrugated sheets in different colors. Weatherproof and flame-retardant, the PVC corrugated sheet is widely used throughout industries.
By simply changing several parts on this corrugated sheet extrusion line, operators can use the equipment to produce twinwall sheets.

Parts
Extruder --- For customers who want to make corrugated sheets out of PP and PE resin, the single-screw extruder is probably your best. For those who use PVC materials, you can go with the twin-screw extruder.
Extrusion Die --- Coat-hanger type flow channel ensures an even, consistent melt flow.
Shape Forming Machine --- Water cooled flow channel ensure high precision.
Haul-Off --- Rollers are made of quality nitrile rubber and pneumatically controlled. They are also connected to a variable frequency drive.
Cutter --- The cutter knife cuts the sheet accurately to the desired length.
