FHQA Series High-Speed Inspection Slitter Rewinder
The FHQA series high-speed inspection slitter rewinder is engineered to amaze the world. This printing machinery not only functions as the normal roll material processing equipment, but also inspects failure patterns by automatic stroboscope. As a result, outstanding printing effect is ensued.
Our high-speed inspection slitter rewinder is presented in three different models. The processing width is ranged from 800mm to 1300mm. The maximum speed of slitting and rewinding reaches 400m/min. Therefore, this slitting and rewinding equipment is perfect for all kinds of roll materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC, etc.
Advantages
1. Electrical control system adopts imported PLC central control. Touch screen is featured in this plastic film machine for easy configuration and parameter display.
2. Rewinding and unwinding units employ vector frequency converter. Roll diameter is automatically calculated by PLC, resulting in automatic tension control.
3. In unwinding unit, pneumatic feeding is automatically implemented. Shaftless pneumatic mechanism improves efficiency of material loading and unloading. Moreover, unwinding is automatically guided for ensued accuracy.
4. Duplex differential slip rewind inflatable shafts are introduced to this high-speed inspection slitter rewinder. Razor blades are responsible for smooth cut. Air blowing device collects waste materials.
5. Automatic stroboscope is available for pattern failure inspections. Press Failure button will make workflow back to failure patterns unnoticed.
6. This slitter rewind inspector offers various functions such as metering, diameter calculation and automatic shutdown, etc.
