The FHQG series high-speed inspection slitter rewinder is the perfect combination of inspector as well as slitting and rewinding machine. 2. Main motor and unwinding unit are controlled by frequency converter and is powered by variable frequency drive, resulting in stable speed change.
3. This label inspection slitter rewinder adopts differential slip rewind inflatable shafts for the rewinding unit which is controlled by frequency motor and automatic tension.
4. Shaftless design and hydraulic system are introduced to unwinding unit for highly efficient material loading and unloading. Automatic guide is also available.
5. We adopt circular knives for this post press machine to achieve smooth cutting. Waste materials are collected by blower.
6. Our automatic inspection slitter rewinder features functions of metering, diameter calculation and automatic shutdown, etc.
