QT10-15 Brick Making Machine
Features
1.The QT10-15 brick making machine is a new type of baking-free brick machine which makes use of hydraulic transmission and pressurized vibration to produce high quality bricks. Once shaping up, the bricks will be filed up 4-6 layers for conservation.
2. When producing colored paver bricks, it selects double deck materials distribution method. The molding cycle time is just 15-20 seconds.
3. The vibrator implements orientation vibration in vertical direction, so it contributes to great molding performance.
4. This type of brick molding machine mainly uses hydraulic system to complete a series of operations, e.g. mould lowering, pressed head lifting, materials feeding, pressure adding, etc. In these operations, such mechanical operations as sending pallets and sending bricks will interact with them to shorten molding cycle.
5. The brick making machine which adopts PLC control system to achieve man-machine interaction is advanced production equipment integrated with machinery, electricity, and hydraulic pressure.
