The JBG-40F/E rebar threading machine is used to roll right-handed threads or left-handed threads on rebar with a maximum thread length of 300mm. The threaded rebar can then be connected with a coupler or used as removable form tie in reinforced concrete for tension-force-counteracting purposes. The JBG 40F/E is especially suitable for threading on rebar grades of HRB 335, HRB400, and HRB 500 with a diameter range of φ14- φ40mm.
