Introduction
The development of YK series circular vibrating screen is based on our twenty years of experience in designing screening machines. It is a high-intensity, high-efficiency vibrating sieve that has large vibrating force successfully developed by combining world advanced manufacturing technology.

The YK series circular vibrating screen uses eccentric block vibration exciter, and the intermediate drive connection is of a flexible type. The sieving machine features larger amplitude and stable vibration, and the through capacity and screening efficiency of the vibrating screen are also significantly improved to ensure the reliable running and long life of the screen.

1. large vibrating force, easy to adjust
The vibration exciter adopts an external eccentric block structure, which comes with light weight and strong vibrating force. By adjusting the number of eccentric block, you can adjust the amplitude and the vibrating force of the vibrating screen.

2. easy installation and maintenance
The vibration exciter is directly fixed on the side panel of screen box. The two vibration exciters are connected through universal joint, which facilitates installation and maintenance.

3. large strength screen box
The side panels of the screen box consist of integral bent parts. The panels are fitted between the beams and crossbars using ring groove rivet connection, so the pressure is evenly distributed on the box and the box shows high strength.

4. smooth running
The motor is connected to the intermediate drive shaft through the belt, and the intermediate drive shaft is connected to the vibration exciter via flexible coupling. So there is no axial force transmitting in the torque drive, which enables the vibrating screen to run more smoothly.

5. more reasonable force distribution
The vibration exciter is directly fixed on the side panel of screen box. The force generated by the exciter goes through the center of the side panel. By the use of finite element analysis technology, the calculation of the screen box is optimized, so that the power distribution on the whole screen box and side panel is more reasonable

How it works
The structure of the vibrating screen: the screen box is fitted at the base (orfoundation) by elastic support, the eccentric block is on the main shaft, and the main shaft is mounted on the side panel through bearings and bearing housings. The drive is passed on from the motor, through V-belt, intermediate shaft, main shaft, to the eccentric block. The eccentric block rotates and the inertia force generated by the rotation forces the sieve box to vibrate. As the motor running continuously, the vibrating screen moves in an approximately circular trajectory, to complete continuous screening operations.
