The SP-L12 stick packaging machine is suitable for packing liquid products such as oral solution, mouthwash, and other dosage of liquid and viscous products in pharmaceutical, supplement, food, household chemical industries.

Filling precision:
≤±1% (ceramic pump: filling volume of more than 2ml)
≤±1.5% (ceramic pump: filling volume of 1-2ml)
≤±2.5% (ceramic pump: filling volume of 0.5-1ml) - Horizontal and longitudinal sealing with easy tear notches that are added using one mold to ensure that two tear notches are at the same straight line, allowing user to easily open the package;
- Servo control for film unwinding, web guiding, filling, horizontal sealing, longitudinal sealing, film tensioning and round corner cutting;
- Linear motion slide guides are adopted to ensure higher transmission precision, higher load bearing capacity and better durability in comparison with linear bearings;
- Horizontal and longitudinal sealing mechanisms can be opened for easy accessing and thorough cleaning;
- Modular design permits easy changing of pack width and sealing pattern;
- Cutting knifes are made of high-speed steel, and transverse and longitudinal sealing unitd are made of chromium manganese alloy steel;
- Horizontal and longitudinal sealing mechanisms adopt independent heating systems, ensuring uniform heating and reliable sealing effect;
- CIP/SIP cleaning system;
- Large interior space allows user to add coding and testing systems;
