Description
The high speed folding and gluing line’s 3200 type carton folder gluer has a maximum blank width of 1550mm. The standard version includes two lower gluing units, one on the left and the other on the right, two upper electronic gluing system, one for hotmelt with one-gun and the other for cold flue with three guns.
This series folding & gluing system is installed with a feeder driven by an independent motor to process either one sheet or two sheets. It will accurately join two carton pieces through the use of a lateral squaring device, making it ideal for packaging 3 layer or 5 layer corrugated boards.
ApplicationThe G-FOLD 3200–AC without pre-folding section is intended for straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes and other box types.
