1 Bimetal Bushing
Bimetal bushing is basically made of high-quality low-carbon steel and is sintered with tin bronze powder on the surface. The raw materials are sintered and rolled several times to be made into the final product.
Application
Featuring high fatigue resistance strength, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance and large load capacity, our product is suitable to be used in the connecting rod, gear box, starting engine, steering system, hydraulic oil pump and leaf spring of automobiles. Our bimetal bushing is also suitable for air condition compressors as well as other medium-load occasion or low-velocity high-load occasions.
Lubrication oil grooves or holes can be processed on the surface to make our bimetal bushing adaptive to different lubrication working conditions.

Mainly made of high-density alloy, our brass bushing has high load bearing capacity and is rather wear-resistant. Oil hole or groove can be processed on the product surface if customer requires. Our brass bushing can be applied in construction machineries and machine tool industry.

3 Bronze Bushing

Our bronze bushing has the advantages of large oil storage capacity, easy installation and small size. It can be used replacing other common copper bushes so as to lower the use cost.
