Horizontal Ribbon Mixer
Description:
The machine is composed of by the container and the helical mixing blades and transmission parts; Spiral blade are usually made in double layers or three layers. The outer layer of the spiral collect material from both sides to the central, but inner spiral conveys material from the central to both sides, thus the convective mixing is formed. The container can be made in round shape, so that the jacket can be made to for reaction and drying.

Loading coefficient is big, small floor area.
Application:
Ribbon mixer is generally used for viscous or cohesive powder or granule material, mixture with liquid added in, and paste material. Meanwhile due to the characteristic of the difficulties to clean the viscous material, it is suitable for the cases of large output and no frequent change of variety of product.
