Our Advantages
1. One body design: The coupler structure is designed during the processing stage into a single body type instead of a welded and assembled type. Without the need for welding, the middle and bottom plate have evenly distributed stress points, which increases the durability of the machine up to 10 times more than a coupler with a welded structure. This solves the most common problems of welding cracks and damage done to the body of large equipment pieces.
2. Versatility: The diversity of the design enables a single coupler to be used on multiple equipment brands within the same excavator weight class. The versatility also ensures the coupler can pick up the widest range of attachments, including buckets, rippers, and demolition attachments (hammers, crushers, and shears) by taking advantage of both a free type and fixed type DLK model.
3. Double Safety System: A switch in the cab enables operators to keep the safety pin in the lock or release position, eliminating the need for operators to leave the cab. New technology turns the safety pin on or off, using a battery powered electrical system in place of an oil pressure system.
