RL-HD-300 daily panty liner production line can be used to make different types of pantyliners like compound core, 3-layer core or with a medicated layer. Pantyliner length can be customized following your demands, generally available in 160mm and 180mm. This production line offers a production speed of 200-300pcs/min.
Features- Daily panty liner is cut and pressed vertically by the main machine.
- Transmission system consists of sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt, of stable transmission and good synchronism.
- Molding and positioning process is equipped with an electronic differential, allowing for synchronous regulation without closing down.
