Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace

Our vacuum induction melting furnace is a batch-type furnace. This metal metallurgy equipment is greatly recommended for melting and casting of alloy steel, nickel-based alloy and rare earth element in vacuum or protective gas environment. It also finds applications in refining metals.
Structure
1. This vacuum induction melting furnace consists of furnace body, support, inductor, furnace tilting structure, vacuum system, front operation cabinet and medium-frequency power supply, etc.
2. Both furnace body and cover involve the utilization of dual-layer water cooling structure. The inner side adopts stainless steel and the outer side is made up of high-ranking carbon steel with rust-proof treatment. The middle space in between is filled with cooling water.
3. Vacuum system comprises oil diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump, filter screen and various control valves. Thanks to pneumatic plate valve and digital vacuum meter, customers benefit from automatic switch between high and low vacuum.
4. Medium frequency power supply for this vacuum induction melting furnace is available as two types. The first is the IGBT (insulated-gate bipolar transistor), featuring energy efficiency, small floor space and no water cooling. The second type is KGPS which requires low maintenance cost.
