The QCN series nitrogen generator is used to deliver high-purity nitrogen for the manufacutre of ampoules, vials, and infusions in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as food and biological engineering industries. The nitrogen generator is mainly consisted of compressed air post-treatment system, PSA (pressure swing adsorption) system and air filtering & sterilizing system.

Features

Unique airflow distribution unit delivers uniform distribution of airflow and eliminates molecular sieve's adsorption "dead zone", therefore increasing the utilization rate of the molecular sieve, reducing compressed air consumption, while preventing molecular sieve from being directly impacted by airflow;
The nitrogen generator adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption to produce nitrogen gas with high purity of up to 99.999%;
The specially designed clamping unit enables that the absorber does not require additional molecular sieve, avoiding the pulverization of molecular sieve;
Multi-stage filtration system removes moisture and particles to ensure the high purity of produced nitrogen gas;
Intelligent control system is offered with human-machine interface and smart control module, providing high level of automation, energy efficiency, operation safety and reliability to realize unmanned production process;
P860-5N analyzer is configured to guarantee the quality of nitrogen gas;
The standard cleaning and disinfecting procedures and GMP compliant verification report templates can be made by the supervision and testing departments of companies during the pharmaceutical and food production processes, enabling the entire nitrogen preparation process to be recordable, controllable and verifiable;
