Stainless Steel Bearing
Compared with common bearings, the stainless steel bearing has unique properties. Since it is highly resistant to acids, alkali and corrosions, this industrial bearing is suitable for seawater, river water, distilled water and dilute nitric acid and other corrosive media. Meanwhile, it is resistant to heat and can work well at temperature from-253 to 350℃.
Variants of Stainless Steel Bearing
We often adopt SUS440C, SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L and other quality stainless steel to make bearings. Especially, the SUS440C are martensitic stainless steel and SUS304 and SUS316L Austenite stainless steel. On one hand, as the austenite stainless steel is unquenched(impossibly to be quenched), the SUS304 bearing and SUS316L bearing has low hardness and can merely be used for low speeds and light loads. On the other hand, they are highly resistant to magnetism and corrosion. For more precision bearings and roller bearings, please visit related pages.
