Computerized rhinestone machine adopts ultrasonic head to generate mechanical energy which is quickly converted into heat energy via transducer. The produced heat will make the hot melt adhesive to be instantly melted, thereby to ensure that the rhinestones attaches firmly to the fabrics or leathers. Thanks to the direct bonding, the adhesion is solid and difficult to remove.
Our computerized rhinestone machine comes in a variety of models, such as ARM102 (single head with two feeder plates), ARM202 (double heads with four feeder plates) and ARM402 (four heads with eight feeder plates). The single-head rhinestone machine can be customized to meet customers' individual applications, while multi-head rhinestone machine is suitable for batch production with higher working efficiency. Additionally, the working area and heat transfer structure of the rhinestone setting machine can also be made to customers' specific needs.
