Description
The 3WFQD series air blast sprayer has a strong penetrability due to the joint effect of air-assisted and electrostatic adsorption. Electrostatic wrap-around greatly improves the amount of pesticide deposit in the front, back and hidden parts of the target. The droplet has less drift loss, saving 30%-60% pesticide spraying amount. The electrostatic module is set with overcurrent and short circuit protections, making it safer to use.

Features of 3WFQD series air blast sprayer
- This sprayer works best with a 50-100 horsepower tractor. With rear trailed operation, more pesticide can be added at one time.
- The pesticide tank is made of high strength corrosion-resistant engineering plastic PE. In addition, it has a standard water tank for pipeline flushing, quick-cleaning pipeline filter and hands washing water tank.
- Using jet agitation as the pesticide mixing power ensures that there is no precipitation in the solution during the operation. It has a strong adaptability to powder and low solubility pesticides.
- The strong pneumatic structure cooperates with a large displacement diaphragm pump for a strong spraying capacity. This spraying machine is suitable for crops of various planting densities and efficiently guarantees the leaf surface and leaf back are recipient to the same spraying effect.
- With the use of a high strength copper nozzle and HCC fixed cone angle nozzle, the spraying is uniform with an excellent atomization and high inductance.
- The tractor frame is connected with the lower pull rod of the tractor. This means the ground clearance can be adjusted in real time during operation, and makes the slope traction better.
