Same with the preform mould, the blow mould is also an indispensable part of the blow molding machine. LONGHONG offers high quality blow molding machines and premium blow moulds as well for blowing bottle preforms. The PET bottle mould or beverage bottle mould applies CAD software and CAM method. It is made of P20 and 2321 stainless steel which will ensure that the blown bottles come with great surface smoothness and clear corner angle.
The blow molding mould adopts specialized hot runner system which guarantees the capability of single cavity temperature control. In addition, each cavity has an independent cooling system, reducing the molding time of bottles and ensuring bottle quality.
