Technological characteristics
1. Our hotel trolley and hotel cart are made of 25×25×1.0mm ultra hard furniture square pipes which accord with the CB/T5237-93 national standard.

2. All the pipes used in our mobile serving trolley are bended by automatic pipe bender to guarantee all the bending parts are uniform and up to the first-level international standard. The pipes used in our hotel trolley and hotel cart are hardened therefore its harness conforms to the international standard. Welded by imported British high power welding machine, the pipes have smooth welding seams and neat welding joints, thus are solid and beautiful.

3. Stoving varnish using paint dedicated for metal furniture and other totally 9 surface treatment processes are applied to the pipes of our hotel trolley and hotel cart. Besides, the paint used for painting the pipes is filtrated many times. Therefore, our products come with smooth surfaces without bubbles. Their adhesion and abrasion resistance meet the requirements of international standard. Our iron pipe trolley looks as new as a newly bought one even used for a long time.

4. The cushion of our hotel trolley and hotel cart is made of top quality high density one-step formed PU sponge which is anti-deformation. The sponge density is 50~60 and the sponge hardness can be adjusted according to customers’ requirements.

5. Under the base plate there are claw nails preventing the screws touching the wood plate directly. In this way, the cushion will not fall off due to screw coming off caused by frequent use.

6. Accessories of hotel trolley and hotel cart are all treated to be rust resistant. The pipes used for accessories are covered with a layer of protective film on the surface to enhance the adhesion of the paint.
