Okar produces 50:1 and 55:1 air grease pumps and 5:1 and 3:1 air oil pumps. Ouroil lubricators are widely used in the lubricating industry because of their quality and cost-effectiveness.
Our two models of grease pumps both have air regulators with filter which keep the pumps dry and clean inside. They also use the Japanese NOK brand and the Taiwanese DZ brand of TPU oil seals or combined seals. With this high voltage seal, the grease pump maintains a continuous and powerful oil supply. A double filter pipe design keeps foreign matter from entering the pump. All steel spare parts are quenched for high wear-resistance.
The 50:1 grease pump is designed and manufactured with high precision so it is stable and easy to use during repair work. The greasing equipment doesn't generally need maintenance; it has the same oil supply capacity in both the winter and summer. The 50:1 grease pump has a high quality quenched steel shovel washer, high precision sealing and quenched grease tube, 60HRC hardness, long service life, and US rubber made piston that ensures good sealing.
With dynamic structure, the 55:1 grease pump has a long service life and great performance. The rubber valve is made from US wear-resistant and good sealing material. The cylinder is made from strengthened metal and processed by special manufacturing technology. An "O" seal and seal ring are made from Germany wear-resistant, impact-resistant and good sealing material.
