Features and Uses
1. As a specialized machining solution provider, we offer a wide range of vertical machining centers. Our vertical machining centers also called VMC are mainly used for machining medium sized parts and moulds. Once the workpiece is clamped, it can continuously complete milling, drilling, boring, reaming and other processes at a stroke.
2. The CNC machine comes with a large-span herringbone column design which ensures high rigidity of the column.
3. Integrally, the machine tool features an oil-water separation design.
4. Table saddle and motor base boast integral design, improving the rigidity of transmission.
5. The balanced hanging position on the spindle box is close to its center of gravity, thus reducing cutting vibration. Snipped reinforcing jib is added to enhance the overall rigidity of the spindle box.
6. The vertical machining center is outfitted with a sealed guideway cover.
