Single Axis CNC Vertical Drilling Machine
Features and Uses
1. The single axis CNC vertical drilling machine is proud to complete a series of processes including drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, etc. It is ideal for processing small and medium sized shaft type and disc type parts.
2. This single spindle drilling machine features a reinforced spindle structure which remarkably improves the geometric accuracy and radial rigidity of spindle, and enables the CNC machine to directly conduct boring. (This feature is only suitable for ZK5140B and ZK5163B models)
3. Controlled by CNC system, the Z axis can conduct fast feed, work feed, delayed feed and fast reverse. Driven by AC servo motor, the axis comes with large torque, good positioning accuracy and high working efficiency.
4. Z axis of the vertical drilling machine boasts auto zero function and overload protection function. It is provided with central lubrication and circulating cooling system.
5. Of the industrial drill press, CNC system is highly practical and reliable, presenting remarkable ease of programming and operation.
