Introduction of Snow Removal Brush
The ZBGS snow removal brush is used to clear new-fallen dry snow in thickness below 60mm on high-grade highways, urban roads, airports, and scenic roads. The center mounted snow brush does a quick, efficient, safe, and thorough job. Usually, the roller brush is installed at the middle part of vehicles with wheelbase greater than 5 meters.
Features of Snow Removal Brush
1. This selection of snow removal tools can clear residual snows left by snow shovel, and can also clear thin snow;
2. Rotation is driven by the hydraulic motor, and up-down movement is controlled by the hydraulic oil cylinder. The power is provided from the vehicle chassis;
3. Brush bristles are made from a blend of polypropylene and resilient steel wire, thus having good wear resistance and bending resistance. This is one of the major reasons why the snow removal equipment is friendly to the road surface. The replacement is quick and handy.
4. The snow removal brush works in a floating state, maintaining proper pressure on the ground. This reduces brush bristles wear, ensures that the road is thoroughly cleaned, and enables obstacle avoidance.
