Introduction
The GQ series snow removal brush is a type of snow removal tools mainly used for cleaning new-fallen snow that has not been compacted yet, in thickness below 100mm. Generally, the snow brush should be installed at the front end of truck or loader with loading capacity above 8 tons. The hanging board structure allows the mounting and disassembling to be done easily and quickly. The snow removal brush is suitable for quick snow cleaning on city roads, airports, and squares.
Features of Snow Removal Brush
1. The front mounted snow brush works in a floating state. The lifting and swinging movements of the snow sweeper are driven by the independent hydraulic station.
2. The chassis PTO drives the hydraulic pump, and the pump sets the roller brush on rotation. The roller adopts chip combination structure.
3. The snow removal brush has a bi-swing function, and the swing angle can be adjusted in the range of 0 ° ~ 30 °, in order to change the snow sweeping direction.
4. Status of contact between the brush and ground can be monitored in the cab. The contact pressure is always ensured to be in a reasonable range. The purpose is to minimize brush wear while keeping good snow cleaning effect.
5. There are width warning lights installed at both sides of the snow removal brush. When the rotating brush touches the ground, the warning lights will be on, thereby improving the operational safety.
6. Brush bristles are made from a blend of polypropylene and resilient steel wire, thus having good wear resistance and bending resistance, and being friendly to the road surface.
7. Key components, hydraulic parts, electrical parts of the snow removal brush are all of international famous brands as standard. This ensures reliable operation of the snow removal equipment.
