Vacuum Pump
The 2X series rotary vane pump is a two-stage design, giving the operator a choice of selecting either a high pressure or a low pressure option from the pump. The air inlet of this vacuum pump is connected to the chamber of the vacuum coater which is pumped down to a desired vacuum pressure.
Though the H-150 vacuum pump can be used as a stand-alone pump, it works more often as a fore pump, auxiliary to a more effective pump such as the diffusion pump, turbomolecular pump, or Roots pump. Compared to the rotary vane pump, this vacuum pump provides extended service life and improved durability. Typical uses are in the vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment (such as sintering), molecular distillation, and various aviation experiments.
These two series of oil diffusion pump offers a wide pumping speed range from 480L/s to 130000L/s. The pump comes with a sight glass that allows easy monitoring of the oil level within the pumping chamber. Oil inlet, outlet, are temperature gauge are also value-added features. The heating system in the pump is provided in the form of heating wire or heating plate.
