Description
A cylinder valve is an indispensable component of a center gas supply system. When the gas supply system breaks down, close the air source and stop the valve for maintenance. Cylinder valves are divided into high pressure valve and low pressure valve. The high pressure valve ensures no leaks under a pressure of 15Mpa, while the low pressure valve ensures no leaks under a pressure of 1Mpa. The entire cylinder valve body is made of H59-1 brass, with the sealing element made from a nitrile rubber.

The following are optional low pressure valve types produced by us: TSJ1-4, TSJ1-6, TSJ1-12

TSJ1-4 Cylinder Valve

This valve is manufactured for ward and terminal pipe maintenance.
The entire metal structure works with a φ8 pipeline.
Working pressure: 1Mpa
During the detection process, use labels to distinguish the various gasses so that it is easy to clearly find out which gas supply has broken.
The height can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

TSJ1-6 Cylinder Valve

This valve is manufactured for ward and terminal pipe maintenance.

TSJ1-12 Cylinder Valve

Operating Instructions

Connect the cylinder valve to all gas supply system pipelines.
Tighten the valve stem during maintenance
Unscrew the valve stem after maintenance is complete.
