The NC－L－CNC rotary cutting machine adoptsscissors type progressive rotary cutting with little impact force and highcutting precision. The precisely designed knife shaft and cutter frame alsoensures smooth cutting at high speed. With a design speed of 120m/min, themachine can be used to cut cardboards and achieves a cutting length of500-9999mm and cutting accuracy of ±1mm.
The rotarycutting machine adopts CNC control, with the computer automatically adjustingthe cutting speed in accordance with the cardboard size and production linespeed to realize synchronous operation. In addition, the computercan store as many as 999 orders and handle them automatically in sequence ororder of priority. Furthermore, the computer system of the rotary cuttingmachine comes with the separate human-machine interface, and the screen showingany type of production information for order review, revision, addition andcancellation.
The rotary cutting machine adopts high intensity wallboard and base, withtransparent windows installed on both sides of wallboard for convenientexamination and maintenance. It usesoil pump to realize auto cyclic lubrication for the transmission system. The seamless gear is precise andadjustable, ensuring the blade notch to exactly mesh with each other for stablerunning. With the function of power regeneration and storage, thisenergy-saving rotary cutting machine can operate under unstable power system.
