MV Series Industrial Videoscopes
MV series industrial videoscope is used to detect the turbine, pipeline, pump, boiler and heat exchanger in power stations and electric power constructions. Meanwhile, defect inspection and state monitoring for valve, pressure vessel and other important equipment are also available. The applicable detecting items include turbine, blade, nozzle, condenser, valve base, main steam pipeline, water supplying and heating device, wind driven generator, fan blade, stator, oil refining and transportation pipeline and sealing system. Our product is also able to check the corrosion inside and outside the pipe, and find the fallen parts. Due to the great performance, this industrial videoscope is suitable for many aspects, such as railway, ship, customs, construction, archaeology, industrial machinery, petrochemical engineering, electronic device, electrical industry, aviation and aerospace, steel processing, public security and power industry.

Features
1. MV series industrial videoscopes realize the 360° articulation angle by a motor, and the bending speed can be adjusted with coarse tuning and fine tuning which realize the precise and convenient control. If Lock/Release button is pressed and held, or power supply fails suddenly, the bending section will be set to natural state automatically. In addition, under the condition that bending fails or the distal end meets overloaded object, bending process will stop automatically to avoid any accident.
2. 5-inch digital LCD is equipped, and it is the high resolution and high brightness type. With the help of this LCD, clear and color images are displayed, and user can still see the images clearly even with other ambient light.
3. Our product has high-power LED and fiber light guide which can guarantee the luminous intensity, and the viewing distance is enlarged greatly.
4. The battery can be changed easily, and it supplies great power for the system. The machine can work for more than 2.5 hours without changing battery.
5. Simplified control button and joystick are adopted, and the user can complete all the operations just with one hand. Meanwhile, our product doesn’t have ponderous machine or power line, and the usability is ensured.
6. This industrial videoscope is able to supply reliable and excellent performance even under severe conditions. The working temperature ranges from -20°C to 70°C, and our product is resistant to rain, dust, salt fog and vibration.
