Before folding process, we will check the length, width and straightness of the sheet, which is used to make the product, and make some necessary corrections to make sure nonstraightness is not higher than 1/1000. Nonstraightness should be guaranteed especially for octagonal steel light pole. The product is produced by once folding process with large-scale folding machine, which makes the error of straightness is not higher than 0.05 percent. The product is designed to withstand wind speed of 36.9m/s or higher than level 11, and it resists earthquake as high as level 8. The bottom of the product is equipped with flange plate, which is installed on the base by foundation bolts. The installation pitch of flange plate is φX, where the “X” is a parameter set by customers or set by our company according to general configuration.
