Hydrocyclone is a kind of hydraulic grading equipment that makes use of centrifugal force to grade the material. It can be widely applicable to mine grading, dehydrating, desliming, concentrating, tailing dams, as well as the sulfur removal wet process in the electric power plants.
Our company can produce two types of this machine, including GX high efficiency type and polyurethane type. Both of them feature small size, easy installation, convenient maintenance, large capacity, fine grading granularity, high grading efficiency and so on.

The selection of hydrocyclone is closely related to the production capacity and partition size. When in demand for coarse overflow granularity and high production capacity, the large size product can be adopted. When in need of fine overflow granularity, a small size of product is a better choice.
Product Marketing
Highly efficient hydrocyclone is a product of innovative structure and high performance, which possesses involute type feed port, long column body, short cone body, the metal shell with interchangeable inner liner, easily replaceable overflow pipe, wear resistant sintered silicon carbide lining etc. Thus, in comparison with ordinary type, this type product can increase the grading efficiency by 10 percent. Then, it is able to reduce the consumption of both electricity and steel ball by 5 percent to 10 percent. The service life of most wearing parts can reach above 12 months.
