What’s shown in this picture is parts of 360 degree automobile recorder and they are made of 3# zinc material with spray printing surface treatment. The products have high requirements in outlook and accuracy, due to which the customers prefer aluminum at first. However, since the products have small size and complex structure, the aluminum die casting process can’t precisely control the flatness and the material doesn’t have apparently influence on the cost. After negotiating with our customer, they agreed to using zinc die casting process instead of aluminum die casting process. Finally, the products were successfully finished.
