In hardening process, burns and cracks often appears on large bearing rings in consequence of uneven heating. To solve this problem, our experts developed China's first large size bearing raceway induction hardening machine with slope, which supports the oblique placement of workpiece.
The design facilitates the even cooling after hardening, thus ensuring the quality of the raceway hardening. During the induction heat treatment, the workpiece is driven by the drive shaft to rotate at a certain speed, while the hardening inductor stays still. Reasonable parameter settings will ensure the uniform rotation of the workpiece, thus achieving uniform induction heating and cooling.
