The large size bearing raceway induction hardening machine without soft zone is our patented equipment. It applies to the circular raceway hardening of large bearings in diameters ofΦ1500mm-Φ8000mm. It adopts a 7-shaft structure, and can perform single tooth hardening treatment on both straight tooth and helical tooth, ensuring the continuous austempering of tooth part of large bearings.
