In order to extend the service life of our equipment, it is recommended that any spare or replacement parts are supplied by us, in order to guarantee compatibility.

Packaging and Delivery
1. Packaging conditions: All machine body parts are wrapped with plastic and secured using iron wire before being placed into the shipping container.
2. Delivery time: 30 days

Payment Terms
1.T/T, 30% in advance, 70% must be paid before shipment
2.100% LC upon delivery

Installation
If customers need us to install the machine, they are responsible for fees, round trip tickets, accommodation and food costs of the technician. They are also responsible for paying $100 (USD) per hour the technician works to install the equipment. However, with installation, we will teach the customer how to correctly operate the machinery for free, and within a one year warranty, any damaged parts will be replaced with no cost.
