The semi-automatic stitching machine works at a speed of 600 needles/minute, while both the upper and lower head screws work together to improve the working efficiency in creating home appliance boxes, motorcycles and other large cardboard boxes. The sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.

Main Functions
1.Four servo motor drive: The drive is imported from the Taiwanese company Delta, and features an accurate precision, reduces the need for mechanical transmission parts and can effectively reduce mechanical failure rates.
2.The entire control system uses a Delta PLC control system.
3.The contactor control in the cabinet is from the German brand Siemens.
4.The relays and circuit breaker are from the French brand Schneider. The photoelectric and proximity switches are from the Korean brand Autonics.
5.The bottom die and blade are from Japan’s tungsten steel production industry.
6.The entire stitching head uses a special type of tungsten and CNC precision machinery.
7.Changing the carton size, and adjusting the carton needle’s distance only takes about a minute, saving time and making the machine easy to operate.
8.The twin head stitcher can stitch cartons with or without a cover. (If cartons without a cover need to be stitched, please tell us when ordering.)
9.The double piece stitching machine features an automatic counting function, which completes the number of cartons according to the number fold (1-99), then sends it to the end of the conveying machinery, making it easy to bundle package cartons.

19.The bottom of the carton can be stitched even when there is no cover (this is a special feature, must be requested by the customer).
20.The machine can be used to stitch 3, 5 or even 7 layers of corrugated cardboard. If used for seven layers, the machine needs special instructions.
21.The machine uses four servo motors: two motors for the stitching head, and two for the needle distance.
22.The entire machine is adjustable, as an optional setting.
