The computerized single head stitcher has been resized to be able to complete 999 orders on both sides of the machine. With a side fence for force correction, the carton is less prone to mistakes.

Main Parts and Functions
1.The single head stitcher uses a Taiwanese imported three servo motor drive, for accurate precision and reducing mechanical transmission part wear. It effectively reduces mechanical failure rates.
2.The entire control system uses a Taiwanese Delta PLC system.
3.The contactor, relay and breaker are all from the French brand Schneider. The photoelectric and proximity switch are from the South Korean brand Autonics.
4.The bottom die and blade are both from Japan’s tungsten steel production.
5.The entire stitching head uses specific tungsten and CNC precision machining.
6.Users can change the carton size and adjust the carton needle distance in just 30 seconds. This saves time and makes the machine easy to operate.
7.This machine can stitch cartons with or without covers. (If the carton without a cover needs to be stitched, please tell us upon ordering.)
8.The fully automatic stitching machine features an automatic counting function. Once the preset number of cartons to fold has been reached (1-99), they will be sent to the end of the conveying machinery, making it easy to package them in bundles.
