Moulding Development and Design
Intco's R&D group is made up of over 70 employees with backgrounds in polymer material, mechanical automation, electric engineering, and environmental engineering. In addition, our laboratory is fully equipped with universal mechanical testing machines, impact strength testers, melt flow index testers, microscopes and other testing instruments, which furthers our research and development capabilities.

Intco has also established cooperative relationships with many universities and institutes such as East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Institute of Technology, and Shanghai Second Polytechnic University. Every year, we spend about 9 million RMB in exploring polystyrene foam recycling technologies and developing new imitation wood mouldings. Over the years, we have obtained 4 invention patents and 17 utility model patents, setting a leading example in the decorative moulding field.
We've gathered a professional design team, each of whom takes creative inspiration from the natural world to design new products. Thanks to the talent and effort of our designers, Intco launches a variety of new products every year and is committed to providing global customers with beautiful frame mouldings and ready-made frames.
We also provide custom mouldings or picture frames depending on customers' specific needs. Before customizing, we'll send you a design drawing of the design. Once you confirm, we will create a mould and manufacture your customized products.
