Selection Guide1. As for the selection of proper model, the following factors need be considered, such as the width of the product (the machine is aimed to make)and the cloth;
2. Opposite angle is an important determinant for the selection. If the angle is no larger than 6 inches, the double-row machines are good for you, if not, choose the triple-row machines.
3. If you would like an industrial sewing machine with longer bobbin replacing time and fewer knots, then this HQ10 with large shuttle will be a nice choice for double-thread patterns, quilting machines with Left shuttle and left shuttle holder will be better(left shuttle and left spindle break not included);
4. Select sewing equipment according to the products to be made. For example, if you are looking for a machine to manufacture such thick textile products, such as saddles and pads, then customized equipment is needed. If the equipment is aimed to the insole productions, then the specialty quilting machine is quite suitable.
Double-row Needle Quilting Machine and Triple-row Needle Quilting Machine
The most distinct difference between the three needle row quilting machine and two needle row quilting machine lies in the max. pattern size. The triple-row needle quilting machine could make patterns of which the opposite angle is 12*12 if the first row and third row works at the same time. The double-row needle quilting machine is designed for patterns with opposite angles smaller than 6*6. Therefore, the triple-row machine is quite applicable to the production of beddings and fabrics for mattresses. The double-row is used to make garments, pajamas, hand bags and down jackets. Additionally, the triple-row machines could do the above jobs.
Difference Between the HQ7 and HQ10 Shuttles
1. The HQ10 shuttle is two times more efficient than the HQ7. With the certain patterns to make, the former need replacement of bobbins every two hours and the latter need the replacement very one hour;
2. HQ7 shuttle type quilting sewing machine is equipped with two needles per inch yet the HQ10 has only one needle per inch. At the same time, the former can employ both the right and left shuttle while the latter can only use the right shuttle. Therefore, the HQ7 could make double-thread patters with spacing of 6mm yet the latter cannot.
