Installation
Equipment installation is a key step where we can bring benefits to customers. Our exported plywood machineries are attached with an instruction book including detailed product specifications, maintenance and installation methods. If you have any questions about the installation, just contact us at any time; our service staff will give you a reply in English or Spanish, providing a barrier-free communication.
For customers who purchase multiple wood processing equipment or production lines, we will provide a paid on-site installation service. Meanwhile, our engineers will train customers to check, operate and maintain the equipment and our after-sales service staff will directly and efficiently communicate with on-site workers in English or Spanish. The pay depends on the specific type of equipment and is generally about 7% to 15% of the total price of equipment. Small-sized stand-alone equipment is generally excluded from the on-site installation service.
