Metal materials will be better in quality after hardening and tempering. However, the metal bar is usually long, so the bending deformation is almost inevitable in conventional hardening process. Also, due to the difficulty to keep a uniform speed, a consistent quenching is hard to achieve.
We take a series of measures to prevent distortion, while ensuring a stable automatic bar passing through the quenching production line. The measures are proved to work well by our customers.
