We are equipped with fully outfitted mold making facility. We have the capacity to make around 300 sets of medium size molds (below 10 tons) and 50 sets of large size molds (10 tons and above) annually.
Apart from drilling, grinding, lathe machining, heat treatment, wire cut, EDM, polishing, we constantly upgrade our machining ability with more advanced equipment and machining processes. Our machines such as CNC and EDM, or CNM testing equipment are equipped with an EROWA fixture to reduce adjusting time, thus loweringmanufacturing time.
