Double Chamber Vacuum Packer (DZD-500/2SD)
Features
1. The DZD-500/2SD double chamber vacuum packer is easy to be moved since it is light in weight and has 4 casters under the bottom. You can move the machine anywhere according to the practical need. A braking device is installed to one of the casters to make the machine firmly fixed when necessary.
2. This machine has a sealed outer shell that is made of #304 stainless steel and is corrosion resistant.
3. With The German-made Busch 040, 063 or 100 vacuum pump, and the electronic components made by the French Schneider company, our product has a stable performance.
4. Axial heat dissipation system is adopted in this machine.
5. The vacuum chambers of this vacuum packer are in general size which is suitable for the packaging size of most products.
Application
Our product can be used in enterprises processing meat products, aquatic products, marine products, pickles or intensive processed vegetables. It can also work in wet or corrosive environment.
By now, we have produced over 5000 sets of the double chamber vacuum packer and most of the machines sell well in Colombia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Chile and Brazil. In 2011, a Chilean customer and a Malaysian customer bought our product and the machines they bought have been working well until now.
