Energy Saving and Environmental Protection
To fulfill our social responsibility, we make constant efforts to research and promote the utilization of low carbon, energy saving and eco-friendly technologies. To illustrate, we have developed and applied boilers and refrigeration equipment utilizing waste heat as energy source, new energy products such as water source, ground source and sewage source heat pumps, as well as refrigerating systems using CO2, propylene, propane, and dimethyl ether as the refrigerant.
In 2010, our line of screw chiller earned the award of Shandong Province Major Energy-Saving Achievement, and our demonstration project of "utilizing NH3/CO2 cascade system instead of conventional R22 for refrigeration" was approved as a Global HCFCs Replacement Demonstration Project by Montreal Protocol Multilateral Fund.
Social Welfare Services
Since 2001, we have donated approx. 6 million RMB to disaster areas, granted relief funds of 2 million RMB to the needy workers, and contributed up to 10 million RMB to higher learning institutions as well as middle and primary schools in the form of jointly running a school, donation and scholarship.
