Process
  • Manually load the workpiece onto the fixture of welding station 1
  • Start welding
  • Robot and positioner will do the welding as per the presetting program
  • Welding completed
  • Load the workpiece onto the fixture of welding station 2 when station 1 is under welding process
  • Two welding stations will work in cycle.
